• Her areas of expertise include Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment), Lean Management (Lean Expert), Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt), Lean Leadership (certified Lean Leadership Coach and KATA Coach) and Change Management.
• With experience from over 60 companies she accompanied companies of various sizes and industries (industry, telecomunication, automotive, logistics, insurance and finance), while also supporting the implementation of these as part of change management programs.
• Among those companies are Siemens, Xerox, Toshiba, ThyssenKrupp, Swisscom, Toyota Germany, Volkswagen, Mannesmann Salzgitter, AXA Versicherung, SwissRE, ADAC , DZ BANK, Sparkasse, Postbank, Credit Suisse.
• Dr. Kudernatsch also lectures at national and international conferences, speaking on the newest trends and developments.
• Her experience and knowledge have been touted in numerous publications. She studied Business Administration at LMU University Munich and Economics at the Vanderbilt University Nashville/Tennessee.
• She is author of the first practical handbook in Europe about Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment) with a foreword by Jeff Liker.
